It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but St. Croix Falls ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs out 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for St. Croix Falls who now have three in a row.

Faith Allram spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up 15 Ks.
