Soccer Recap: Columbus Comes Up Short

Columbus managed to keep up with Auburn until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Columbus Blue Devils came up short against the Auburn Tigers, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, the Blue Devils' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Columbus fell to 2-1. As for Auburn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Columbus will challenge Northside at 6:00 p.m. on February 26th. As for Auburn, they will square off against McIntosh at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
