Merrill lost against Wausau East back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bluejays took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lumberjacks.

Merrill has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Wausau East, their record now sits at 6-2-3.

Merrill didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Adams-Friendship on the 30th. As for Wausau East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Marshfield on the 30th.
