Soccer Recap: William Allen Takes a Loss

William Allen lost against Parkland back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Canaries came up short against the Trojans, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, William Allen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 381st, while Parkland are ranked tenth).

William Allen dropped their record down to 2-8-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Parkland, their victory bumped their record up to 11-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. William Allen will square off against rival Whitehall at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Parkland is set to challenge their familiar foe Pocono Mountain East at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
