Volleyball Recap: Weber Warriors vs. Copper Hills Grizzlies
Weber was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Copper Hills Grizzlies.
The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-16, 15-25, 25-20.
Paxton Lighthall paced Weber's offense, picking up ten kills. Lighthall got some help from Jake Ahlmer and his 20 assists.
Weber's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Copper Hills, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3.
