Volleyball Recap: Madison County Takes a Loss

Madison County was the 3-0 winner over Community Christian when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Cowboys came up short against the Chargers on Friday, falling 3-0.

Madison County was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Community Christian work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 27-25.

Madison County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Community Christian, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Madison County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Maclay on the 23rd. As for Community Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Cook on the 23rd.
