The Riverside Christian Wranglers will challenge the Aucilla Christian Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Riverside Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.
Riverside Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Meadowbrook Academy on Thursday as Riverside Christian made off with an 18-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wranglers.

Kyan Cooper made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gabe Pate, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. He has become a key player for Riverside Christian: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-4 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Haiden Duke, who scored two runs and stole a base.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 17 runs the game before, Aucilla Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of Franklin County by a score of 3-2.
Collin Campbell was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Aucilla Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hudson Mills, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
Aucilla Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Riverside Christian, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Monday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Riverside Christian has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Aucilla Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9.1 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
