Baseball Recap: Whitehall-Yearling Comes Up Short

Whitehall-Yearling lost against Wellington School on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Whitehall-Yearling lost 22-1 to Wellington School. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Whitehall-Yearling saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christian Miller, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Whitehall-Yearling's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Wellington School has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Whitehall-Yearling will venture away from home to take on Madison Plains at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wellington School, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Bishop Rosecrans at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
