Mooreland is a perfect 3-0 against Cordell since August of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bearcats will head out on the road to challenge the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Mooreland is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Mooreland took on Crescent on Friday. The Bearcats were dealt a 43-8 defeat at the hands of the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Cordell fell victim to Strother and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 46-0 loss at the hands of the Yellowjackets.

Mooreland's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Cordell, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Everything came up roses for Mooreland against Cordell when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 66-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bearcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
