There's no place like home for Hickory, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the West Iredell Warriors on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Red Tornadoes in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won nine in a row.

Hickory never let West Iredell on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23, 25-15.

Hickory's offense was headlined by Emmi Gambill and Kira Morin, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Ryan Hines and her 18 assists.
