Recap: Montcalm Generals vs. James Monroe Mavericks
The Montcalm Generals suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 60-25 loss at the hands of James Monroe. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Montcalm has scored all season.
Ryan Cole continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for James Monroe, scoring 21 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. Cooper Ridgeway was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Montcalm's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for James Monroe, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with that victory, which was their ninth straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montcalm will take on Richwood at TBD on Friday. As for James Monroe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
