Volleyball Recap: Salmon River Takes a Loss

If Salmon River was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Council on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Savages came up short against the Horseshoe Bend Mustangs on Wednesday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat last Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-21.

Salmon River's defeat dropped their record down to 21-5. As for Horseshoe Bend, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Salmon River nor Horseshoe Bend have any future games scheduled.
