Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Master's Academy). They put the hurt on the Oxbridge Academy ThunderWolves with a sharp 53-27 win on Friday.

Master's Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Josh Namvar and Kaidin Seelbach.

Master's Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Oxbridge Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Master's Academy will square off against Central Florida Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups. As for Oxbridge Academy, they will host NSU University at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the ThunderWolves' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
