Volleyball Game Preview: Holyoke Dragons vs. Highland Huskies

The Holyoke Dragons will venture away from home to take on the Highland Huskies at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Holyoke is coming into the match hot, having won their last ten games.

On Thursday, Holyoke beat Wray 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Wray scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19, 24-26, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Highland got the win against Dawson School on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Highland was: they took every set by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Holyoke's record is now 14-2. As for Highland, their record now sits at 10-5.

Holyoke was able to grind out a solid victory over Highland when the teams last played back in September of 2019, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
