Three Rivers entered their tilt with Sturgis on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Trojans a 10-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Three Rivers pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Sturgis, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.

Three Rivers will square off against Mendon at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sturgis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
