Basketball Recap: Pojoaque Valley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pojoaque Valley can now relate to. They lost to the St. Pius X Sartans on the road by a 58-41 margin on Friday. The Elks/Elkettes were not able to make up for their loss to the Sartans from their previous meeting back in December of 2019.

Pojoaque Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for St. Pius X, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Pojoaque Valley nor St. Pius X have any future games scheduled.
