While Navasota didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-23), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Rice Consolidated Raiders by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Navasota is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Rice Consolidated, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Navasota has already played their next contest (against La Grange), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Rice Consolidated, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lexington on the 28th.
