Impact Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They breezed past the Raines Vikings to the tune of 73-46. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-21.

Impact Christian Academy had a senior duo take command as Frandy Perez almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds and Ronald Clark shot 41% from the field on his way to 24 points and six steals. Clark is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mechack Olungu, who posted eight points and five boards.

Impact Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 79-46 win against Creekside on the 20th. As for Raines, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-45 victory against Paxon School For Advanced Studies on the 20th.
