Volleyball Recap: Annandale Gets the Win

After losing to Grand Rapids the last time they met, Annandale decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cardinals came out on top against the Thunderhawks by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cardinals.

Annandale's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Grand Rapids, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-8 record this season.

Annandale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Sauk Rapids-Rice on the 11th. As for Grand Rapids, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Hibbing at 7:00 p.m.
