Tulelake scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Westwood Lumberjacks by a score of 20-19. The Honkers just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Tulelake got a massive performance out of Jason Orr, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Jose Zaragoza, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Tulelake's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Westwood, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Tulelake beat the Lumberjacks by a score of 14-1 later that day.
