Volleyball Recap: Clearfield Comes Up Short at Home Against Weber

Clearfield unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Weber Warriors on Tuesday. The Falcons have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

While Clearfield was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Weber's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-22.

The win was the sixth in a row (dating back to last season) for Weber, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clearfield is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Farmington at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Weber, they will take on Ridgeline at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
