Soccer Recap: Sherwood Takes a Loss

Sherwood fell victim to Sandy and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pioneers. Sherwood have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sherwood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Sandy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Coming up, Sherwood will be playing in front of their home fans against Tigard at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sandy, they will venture away from home to take on North Eugene at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sandy will need to watch out since North Eugene have now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups.
