Football Recap: Pampa Takes a Loss

Pampa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 49-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainview Bulldogs. The Harvesters lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 51-18 score last time.

Pampa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Plainview, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pampa will face off against Caprock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Plainview, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Hereford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
