Basketball Recap: Two Rivers Takes a Loss

If Two Rivers was feeling good fresh off their 63-33 takedown of North last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Two Rivers Warriors lost to the Hill-Murray Pioneers on the road by a 64-49 margin on Thursday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-59 last Monday.

Two Rivers has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season. As for Hill-Murray, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-5.

Two Rivers has already played their next contest (against Richfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hill-Murray will head out on the road to face off against North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hill-Murray is facing North at the right time seeing as North is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
