Volleyball Recap: Alameda Hornets vs. San Leandro Pirates
Alameda was the 3-1 winner over San Leandro when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Alameda fell just short of San Leandro by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Alameda started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 22-25, 26-24, 25-20, 15-9.
