Basketball Recap: McComb Takes a Loss

McComb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 47-30 to the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 48-36 to the Rockets when the teams met back in January of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

McComb's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Pandora-Gilboa, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

McComb didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 40-34 win against Continental on the 10th. As for Pandora-Gilboa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 49-33 victory against Ottoville on the 10th.
