It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Spanish Springs ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Douglas Tigers, sneaking past 5-4. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 7-3 win back in April.
