Carson City-Crystal turns things around after tough road loss

There's no place like home for the Carson City-Crystal Eagles, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Thursday. They snuck past Breckenridge with a 44-38 victory on Thursday. This was payback for Carson City-Crystal, who suffered a 56-36 loss the last time these two teams met.
Cole Smith had an outrageously good game as he scored 24 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Klouse Andrews was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
Carson City-Crystal's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Breckenridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.
Carson City-Crystal will head out on the road to take on Montabella at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Breckenridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vestaburg at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
