Basketball Game Preview: Glendale Pirates vs. Pacific

Glendale is 0-10 against Pacific since February of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Glendale Pirates will square off against Pacific at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Glendale is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Saturday. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-48 heartbreaker at the hands of Days Creek.

Meanwhile, Pacific ended up a good deal behind Powers on Saturday and lost 52-34. Pacific has struggled against Powers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Pacific now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Glendale, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.

Glendale came up short against Pacific when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 52-46. Can Glendale avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
