Basketball Recap: Roswell Takes a Loss

Roswell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 70-58 to the Johns Creek Gladiators. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gladiators apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Roswell's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Johns Creek, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.

Roswell and Johns Creek should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Roswell (ranked 161st) will meet Alpharetta (ranked 324th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Johns Creek will square off against Northview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday up 315 places (111 vs. 426).
