Unity Christian not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Spring Lake Lakers 3-0. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Lakers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Despite the defeat, Spring Lake saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ashlynn O'Donnell had 13 assists and eight digs.

Unity Christian's win bumped their record up to 15-13-5. As for Spring Lake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-15-2.

Unity Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Holland Christian on the 16th. As for Spring Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Newaygo on the 16th.
