Elizabethton has gone a perfect 10-0 against Johnson County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Elizabethton's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Johnson County has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

Elizabethton not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on David Crockett with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-6, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Johnson County had just enough and edged out Tri-Cities Christian 3-2 on Tuesday. The Longhorns haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (107-97) Johnson County actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-20, 16-25, 26-24, 15-13.

Elizabethton's victory bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Johnson County, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.
