Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Norwalk

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norwalk). They came out on top against the Lewis Central Titans by a score of 67-54 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win (which was Norwalk's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Lewis Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Norwalk will take on Indianola in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lewis Central and Atlantic will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Atlantic knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Lewis Central likes a good challenge.
