Baseball Recap: Columbia Wildcats vs. Emmett Huskies
Columbia can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Emmett Huskies. That's more bragging rights for Columbia, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Hunter Christensen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Christensen was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and a double.
In other batting news, Austin Cornell was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
