Basketball Game Preview: Governor Mifflin Mustangs vs. Warwick Warriors

The Governor Mifflin Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Warwick Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Thursday, Governor Mifflin came up short against Wilson and fell 55-43.

Meanwhile, Warwick was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 45-40 to Cedar Crest. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Warriors came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Falcons are ranked 210th).

Governor Mifflin's defeat dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Warwick, their loss dropped their record down to 20-4.

Governor Mifflin beat Warwick 77-70 in their previous matchup back in February of 2020. Will Governor Mifflin repeat their success, or does Warwick have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
