Football Recap: Lehman Takes a Loss

Lehman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Bayside Commodores, falling 22-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Lehman's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bayside, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lehman will host John Jay on Saturday. The Lions will be up against the Wolves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46.86 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bayside, they will welcome Randolph Campus at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Commodores will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 31 points in their last six matchups.
