Basketball Recap: Redford Union Comes Up Short

Redford Union lost against Thurston on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Redford Union Panthers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 54-50 to the Thurston Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Redford Union's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Thurston, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Redford Union Panthers duke it out with the Annapolis Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Thurston, they will venture away from home to face off against Melvindale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
