Lewisville and Guyer are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Farmers will venture away from home to face off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Lewisville has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Guyer will arrive with eight straight victories.

Lewisville fell victim to Hebron and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Guyer). They never let Little Elm get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Guyer pushed their record up to 20-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lewisville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-20-1.

Lewisville might still be hurting after the 16-0 loss they got from Guyer in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Farmers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
