Basketball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy came up into this matchup off a tough 27-point defeat last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Franklin Panthers by a score of 61-58 on Saturday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Franklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season.

Kennedy will face off against Reseda at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Franklin, they are taking a road trip to face off against Eagle Rock at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
