Football Recap: Agua Fria Piles Up the Points Against Carl Hayden Community + How To Watch

Agua Fria's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They breezed past the Carl Hayden Community Falcons to the tune of 40-0. Considering the Owls' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Agua Fria to victory, but perhaps none more so than Camarion Samuel, who rushed for 120 yards and one touchdown on only five carries. Samuel got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 95 yards. Adrian Leyva was in the mix too, providing Agua Fria with two TDs.

Agua Fria's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Carl Hayden Community, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Agua Fria will head out to challenge Estrella Foothills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves' defense has only allowed 11.5 points per game this season, so the Owls' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Carl Hayden Community, they will venture away from home to take on Flowing Wells at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
