            After a string of five wins, Appalachian Christian School's good fortune finally ran out  on Saturday. They took  a  61-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES.

Despite the loss, Appalachian Christian School still got an impressive performance from   Isaac Morris, who  dropped  a double-double with 19 points and 11  boards. That's the most  rebounds  Morris has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Jonathan Vazquez, who  had 13  points.
 Even though they lost, Appalachian Christian School was working as a unit and  finished the game with ten  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Roanoke Valley Christian only  three  assists.
 Roanoke Valley Christian had a senior duo take command as  Logan Gutierrez  earned 30 points and six  boards and  Luke Somers  put up 16  points and seven  rebounds. Somers' big performance that  morning made it four games in a row in which  he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ethan Cummings, who  scored six points.
Appalachian Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 17-4. As for Roanoke Valley Christian, the  victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 19-6.
As of now, neither Appalachian Christian School nor Roanoke Valley Christian have any future games scheduled.
