Volleyball Recap: Northwest Mohawks vs. Southeastern Panthers
Northwest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southeastern Panthers.
The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-19.
Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Southeastern, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
Northwest will be playing in front of their home fans against South Gallia at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeastern, they will head out on the road to square off against Huntington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Huntington has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
