While Webster's victory against Britton-Hecla wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bearcats had just enough and edged out the Braves 3-2. The Bearcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Braves on Thursday, too.

Webster took Britton-Hecla into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-21, 25-23, 24-26, 15-10.

When it comes to explaining why Britton-Hecla lost, don't look at Ava Teveldal. Despite the final result, she had 31 digs and two assists.

The win got Webster back to even at 2-2. As for Britton-Hecla, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Webster will welcome Groton at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bearcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Britton-Hecla, they will be playing at home against Deuel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
