Football Recap: Squalicum Piles Up the Points Against Port Angeles + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Squalicum, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 49-21 win over the Port Angeles Roughriders. The Storm pushed the score to 42-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Roughriders had little chance of recovering from.

Ray Hoffmann threw for 44 yards and two touchdowns. On the ground, Martin Gavino rushed for 38 yards and one TD.

Squalicum now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Port Angeles, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Squalicum will square off against Sehome at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Port Angeles, they will welcome Bremerton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
