Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Aurora Christian walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Yorkville Christian Mustangs with a sharp 68-48 win on Friday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Yorkville Christian still got an impressive performance from Zach Marini, who went 7-for-14 en route to 19 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Jayden Riley, who shot 56% from the field on his way to 10 points.

The victory (which was Aurora Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 16-12. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points over those games. As for Yorkville Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 21-12.

As of now, neither Aurora Christian nor Yorkville Christian have any future games scheduled.
