Basketball Recap: Durand Bulldogs vs. Dakota Indians
Durand lost against Dakota back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Durand Bulldogs were dealt a 50-11 loss at the hands of the Dakota Indians. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Vaida Lahey was Durand's leading scorer, having posted six points. Caitlind Maines held things down on the boards with four rebounds.
Dakota's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cora Ingram led the charge by putting up 16 points and five steals. Those five steals gave Ingram a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Makenna Stuckey, who posted 14 points and five steals.
