Three Rivers had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Comstock Park Panthers. The Wildcats not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since August 25th (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Three Rivers was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-10, 25-10.

Allie Yost paced Three Rivers' offense, picking up 11 kills. Yost got some help from Miley Southland and her 29 assists. Southland was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Three Rivers' victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Comstock Park, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Three Rivers has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Kalamazoo Central on the 15th. As for Comstock Park, they will challenge West Michigan Aviation Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
