Baseball Recap: Severance Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Severance couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Palisade Bulldogs on Saturday, falling 14-0. The Silver Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in March of 2022.

Severance saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Declan Moylett, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

This is the second loss in a row for Severance and nudges their season record down to 19-8. As for Palisade, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Severance nor Palisade have any future games scheduled.
