Basketball Recap: Prairie View Thunderhawks vs. Westminster Wolves
Prairie View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Westminster Wolves and fell 65-25. The Thunderhawks lost against the Wolves in their previous head to head back in February of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 37-27 score last time.
Westminster's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Naomi Saldana led the charge by putting up 24 points and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Saldana has scored at least a third of Westminster's points.
