Baseball Recap: South Garland Takes a Loss

South Garland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They lost 15-2 to the Naaman Forest Rangers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 on Tuesday.

South Garland saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was JAYSON CENTENO, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. JARED BALDARES was another, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

South Garland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Naaman Forest, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-12-1.

As of now, neither South Garland nor the Rangers have any future games scheduled.
